CBD tea bags, 30 to a pouch

The nine priced CBD teas in our November 2026 research came in packs of 10 to 20 bags. Ours hold 30, so a pouch lasts a month at one bag a day. Each bag contains approximately 10mg of CBD, in line with the FSA's advised daily limit of 10mg of CBD from food for healthy adults.

How to brew

Add one tea bag to freshly boiled water and leave it to steep for as long as you like. A few minutes gives a light, grassy cup; a longer steep gives a fuller herbal flavour. Add honey or a slice of lemon if you like. One bag a day.

Is this the same as hemp tea?

Not always. "Hemp tea" can mean a leaf-only infusion with very little CBD. These are hemp tea bags for brewing only, with approximately 10mg of CBD per bag.

What is in them

Ingredients: phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. No allergens are declared on the label.

How to take

One bag a day. Do not exceed one bag (approximately 10mg of CBD) a day, and avoid other CBD foods on the same day.

Good to know

• The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10mg a day.
• Not for under 18s. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you are trying to conceive.
• If you take any medication or are immunosuppressed, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
