Questions people ask
Are CBD gummies legal in the UK?
CBD foods are regulated as novel foods, and the Food Standards Agency keeps a public list of CBD products linked to novel food applications. Inclusion on that list does not mean FSA approval: no CBD food has been authorised in the UK yet. Each of our CBD foods comes with a certificate of analysis, available on request.
How much CBD is in each bear?
It depends on the pouch: 10mg per bear in the 30 pouch (300mg in total), or 48mg per bear in the 100 pouch (4,800mg in total). The amount per bear and per pack is printed on the pouch and listed on each product page.
How many can I have a day?
No more than one. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10mg a day. One 10mg bear matches that advice; one 48mg bear is above it. Avoid other CBD foods on the same day.
Will they show up on a drug test?
We cannot guarantee any drug test result. Workplace tests usually look for THC, and hemp extracts can contain trace amounts of other cannabinoids. If you are tested at work, do not use CBD products.
Are they vegan?
The recipe uses pectin rather than gelatine, but we have not had it certified as vegan, so we do not label it vegan.
Who should not use CBD gummies?
Anyone under 18, anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, and anyone taking medication or who is immunosuppressed without first speaking to a healthcare professional.
Do gummies count towards the free 3.5g offer?
The free 3.5g offer is based on what you spend on CBD flower and hash. Gummies do count towards free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.
How should I store them?
Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and out of the reach of young children. Gummies look like ordinary sweets, so keep them where children and visitors will not mistake them for sweets.
