At EasyGreenCBD.com, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
While CBD flower cannot be returned once opened, we do offer a 14-day return window for unopened, unused, and sealed products.

Please read the full policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item for a refund if:

  • It is within 14 days of the delivery date

  • The product is unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging

  • The product is in the same condition you received it

  • You can provide your order number or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, damaged, or tampered with.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened CBD flower or hemp products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

This is due to product handling laws and hygiene regulations.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (showing it is unopened)

We will review your request and provide the return address if approved.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • We cannot refund items that are lost in transit before they reach us.


5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2–3 working days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If the product has been opened or does not meet our return criteria, we may:

  • Reject the return

  • Send the product back to you at your expense


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 3–7 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please make a new order after your refund has been processed.
