Easy Green CBD – Shipping Policy

At EasyGreenCBD.com, we ship all orders using Royal Mail 24 Tracked to ensure fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery.
All orders are packaged discreetly, with no branding or product descriptions on the outside.


1. Shipping Method

Royal Mail 24 Tracked

  • Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery

  • SMS/email tracking notifications

  • Aims to arrive next working day

  • Not a guaranteed service, but typically very fast


2. Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 2PM are dispatched the next working day

  • Weekend orders ship on Monday

We may experience slight delays during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).


3. Delivery Times

Royal Mail 24 Tracked aims to deliver next working day, but delivery may take 1–3 working days depending on location and postal traffic.

Once handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside our control.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A Royal Mail tracking number

  • Updates via SMS/email

  • A link to follow your parcel’s journey

Tracking may take 2–4 hours to activate after dispatch.


5. Missed Delivery / Redelivery

If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel, they may:

  • Leave it with a neighbour

  • Leave it in a safe place (if you requested this)

  • Take it to your local sorting office

You can arrange redelivery through the Royal Mail tracking page.


6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging.
No labels or wording will indicate the contents.


7. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship it (shipping payable again).


8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us and we will help investigate.

We follow Royal Mail’s official timeframes for lost items:

  • A parcel is considered lost after 7 working days (RM24 Tracked).

We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
