Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Transparency you can verify. At Easy Green CBD we think you should be able to see exactly what you are buying before it reaches your door. That is why we publish a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for our CBD flower, hash and extract range — each one showing the typical cannabinoid profile, moisture level and quality indicators for that strain.
A COA turns a product description into something you can check for yourself. Every certificate below gives a clear, jargon-free snapshot of how a product was assessed and what the results mean, so you can buy with confidence rather than taking our word for it.

What Is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document that reports the measured characteristics of a specific product or batch. For CBD flower and hash, a COA typically records the total CBD and total THC content alongside storage-stability indicators such as moisture content and water activity. It is the standard way for a CBD retailer to evidence what is in a product and to demonstrate that THC stays within the UK legal threshold.
How We Assess Our CBD Flower
Our flower and hash are assessed in-house using PURPL PRO™ Instant Potency Measurement, a near-infrared (NIR) analysis system used across the hemp industry to estimate cannabinoid content quickly and consistently. NIR works by measuring how a sample absorbs light across a spectrum and modelling that signature against known cannabinoid references.
This approach gives us:
- Rapid analysis — results in minutes, so every batch can be checked rather than the occasional sample.
- Non-destructive testing — the flower is not consumed or chemically altered during assessment.
- Clear visual cannabinoid spectrum data — the absorbance curve shown on each COA.
In the interest of full honesty: NIR potency measurement is a fast, repeatable screening method, not an accredited laboratory technique such as HPLC. The figures on our COAs are therefore typical or representative values for each strain and may vary slightly between batches. We report them exactly as measured, without rounding up or exaggerating strength.
What Each COA Shows
| Reading | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total CBD | The representative percentage of CBD by weight for that strain. |
| Total THC | Kept below 0.2% in line with UK expectations for legal hemp products. |
| Moisture content | How much water remains in the flower — too high risks spoilage, too low affects quality. Ours sits in a range suited to stable storage. |
| Water activity | The available (unbound) water that can support microbial growth. A lower figure means better shelf stability. |
Important Information
- CBD percentages shown are average / representative values based on the strain, not a guarantee of a specific batch.
- THC levels are kept below 0.2%.
- Moisture and water activity values fall within ranges suitable for storage stability.
- COAs are not medical or pharmaceutical certifications.
- Products are not sold as medicinal or therapeutic items, and nothing on this page is medical advice.
- Our flower and hash are sold as botanical aromatherapy products and are not sold for human consumption.

Why We Publish COAs
Publishing a COA for every strain is a deliberate choice. It helps you make an informed decision, demonstrates consistency across our range, and shows our characteristics clearly without overstating them. We would rather give you accurate, verifiable information than rely on marketing claims.
In short: no hype, no mystery — just clear information you can check.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a CBD Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a document reporting the measured characteristics of a CBD product, including its representative CBD and THC content and storage-stability indicators such as moisture and water activity. It lets you verify what is in a product rather than relying on the label alone.
How do you test your CBD flower?
We assess our flower and hash in-house using the PURPL PRO™ near-infrared (NIR) Instant Potency Measurement system. It is rapid, non-destructive and lets us check every batch, producing the cannabinoid spectrum shown on each COA.
Are your COA values lab-guaranteed?
NIR is a fast, repeatable screening method rather than an accredited laboratory test like HPLC. The values we publish are therefore typical or representative for each strain and can vary slightly between batches. We report results exactly as measured.
How much THC is in Easy Green CBD products?
THC is kept below 0.2% across our range, in line with UK expectations for legal hemp products.
What do moisture content and water activity mean?
Moisture content is the amount of water in the flower, and water activity is the portion of that water available to support microbial growth. Both are kept within ranges that support stable storage and shelf life.
Are these products sold as medicines?
No. COAs are not medical or pharmaceutical certifications, and our products are sold as botanical aromatherapy items, not as medicinal or therapeutic goods. Nothing here is medical advice.
